Lt. Duncan’s plane iced up while climbing and circling through 10/10ths
cloud cover with de-icer boots on to form on buncher 6 over the North Sea.
 He hit the alarm button and at least some of the crew bailed out.
Only 4 of  the 10 men crew were recovered.
